Perfumes are non - returnable products.
Returns / replacement will be only accepted for product received are damaged/ defective by the customer.
Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or used.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed and packages that are refused. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error.

Before shipping your return we recommend that you review our entire return guidelines below.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our returns policy.
Return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 7 days of receipt. You are welcome to keep your free samples or gifts with purchase – those are yours!
For Refunds, payment will be made by NEFT/IMPS/GPAY/PAYTM transfer. Customer is required to share bank details in case purchase is made by Cash on Delivery.
If you still have it, please include a copy of your packing slip along with your RMA#.
Returns will be processed and refunds will be issued within five business days of receipt.
All products are subject to inspection by Scent Me’s outlets. Returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned without an RMA# may be returned to the customer or destroyed upon request.
